Coffee and an iron in the room and the extra large bed. Continental breakfast with options of continental or full English, delicious. Very comfortable building, perfect location really close to Chester City centre, Close enough to walk into the centre and the outskirts of Chester.

everything was beautiful, the english breakfast was totally worth it. silent room, airy, had a luxurious bathroom. it's own balcony and an iron were perfect. the personnel was really very nice, doing their best to assist. the services were top-notch, offered us very good free wi-fi.
The staff - some of them were really slow.

I would return anytime. the hotel was exceptionally comfortable with very good wi-fi. the double room had amazing views. the location was marvellous, right next to the racecourse. the rooftop bar was excellent. the breakfasts were delicious and superb, and the service was special.

The hotel is spotless with a modern design and professional and responsive staff. The location is nice, 10 minutes' walk to The Grosvenor Museum. The restaurant in the property is good at the fifth floor. Think that this good looking and lovely modern hotel is beyond compare, enjoyed it.
